We are looking for a savvy Swag Project Manager to lead (global) swag operations and inventory logistics across our company.

This role primarily supports Marketing but may assist with other departments across our organization for requests of Elastic branded merchandise and to facilitate all vendor operations with our internal team members.

This position sits within the Brand and Creative Team, which focuses on delivering top-tier experiential engagements and maintaining the Elastic merchandise store.

What You Will Be Doing:
Own it.

Responsible for running timelines, project deliverables, and curating a company's promotional products and event materials. Ensure our promotional merchandise is aligned with brand guidelines, stocked, and fulfilled. Handle purchasing, forecast inventory expenditures and trends, and fulfill internal merchandise orders.
Plan it.

Develop and implement merchandising strategies and operations. Prepare detailed merchandising plans and documentation to monitor progress. Coordinate annual and quarterly budgets and present them to relevant partners and team members.
Make it happen.

Work with multiple departments to brainstorm new promotional items and event swag for Elastic's online store. Manage the online store to showcase Elastic's brand and aesthetic. Follow all timelines, inventory requirements, and customer orders in a timely manner.
Measure performance and report results.

Identify trends and monitor supply and demand. Introduce promotions, sales, price changes, etc.
Build the standard.

Continually strive to streamline current processes through new tools or automation. Interpret sales reports and provide guidance on how to improve figures and customer engagement.

Ensure that the Marketing team and company-wide stakeholders are engaged in projects that will benefit the company stores and expand influencer advocacy.

What You Bring Along:

3+ years of experience running company promotional swag and stores
Experience working with third-party vendors, warehousing partners, and shipping carriers
Strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail and experience handling global vendor relationships. Outstanding project management techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to create alignment, build consensus, and drive decisions cross-functionally.

Strategic, critical problem solver who isn't afraid to get into the weeds and can view projects from a larger perspective; a real passion for sourcing promotional materials and problem-solving.

Ability to build effective work relationships at all levels of the organization, influence behavior, and lead change.
