- Plan, coordinate, and execute strategic events calendar.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to understand event requirements and objectives.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual setups.
- Develop and maintain event timelines and production schedules to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
- Negotiate and secure contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Oversee onsite event coordination, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the event.
- Create and distribute event-related communications, including decks, invitations, confirmations, and post-event feedback surveys.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure events align with overall brand messaging and marketing strategies.
- Track and manage event budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze feedback and data from events to assess their success and identify areas for improvement.
- 3+ years of experience in event coordination, preferably in a marketing or influencer-focused environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with event planning software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas for event experiences.
- Experience in coordinating virtual events is a plus.
