The technically demanding production process involves multiple complex machining steps, where microstructures are replicated with high precision. Responsibilities:

  • Managing and leading the strategic procurement team
  • Developing and implementing category strategies
  • Ensuring achievement of goals based on KPIs
  • Organizing and improving processes, procedures, and organization within strategic procurement
  • Representing procurement results in higher-level committees

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Engineering or equivalent education
  • Experience in procurement
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience in strategic procurement in manufacturing companies
  • Ability to think and act independently
  • Strong technical knowledge and project management experience
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Experience working
