    Description

    Critical care clinical pharmacist-#Participates in patient care activities including patient rounds with physicians, patient monitoring, basic pharmacokinetics, drug utilization evaluation and participates in the departmental quality assurance program.#

    Also assists in providing drug information services of the department and education of the pharmacy staff, other health care professionals and community in regards to drug related topics.

    # Performs duties in support of the Crozer Health mission to ensure the highest quality of patient care in an economically sound and efficient manner.


    Age range of patient population served:
    # infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Board certified (preferred)
