    Compensation: $13.25 / hour + $3.88 average hourly tips (2023 reporting).

    Summary: As a Restaurant Shift Leader at MOD, you'll enhance your leadership skills and drive store operations during shifts, modeling MOD's purpose in all interactions and setting the Squad up for success.

    • Responsible for cash accuracy
    • Manage inventory and orders

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum 6 months in All Star position
    • 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience
    • 18 years old or above
    • Previous coaching and leadership experience
    • Skills in enforcing standards and processes
    • Customer service skills and ability to remain calm
    • Obtain required certifications

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in on-the-job training
    • Shift lead experience in retail

    Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and handle objects up to fifty pounds, operate kitchen equipment, and communicate effectively in English.

    Working Conditions:

    • High noise levels
    • Varied weather conditions
    • Evenings, holidays, and extended hours
    • Near moving parts and in a refrigerated environment
