    Job Description

    Position: ServiceNow Developer

    Looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at FutureNET, Inc. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the EOTSS service catalog, handling system configuration, user requests, incidents, and collaborating with key business units to develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

    The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, including configuring core modules like Service Catalog, Asset, SAMP, IRM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A ServiceNow System Admin Certification is a must.

    Responsibilities:

    • Optimize and develop service catalog offerings with a focus on automation and improvement.
    • Utilize Flow Designer to enhance the service catalog.
    • Offer technical guidance on streamlining workflows and identifying areas for automation.
    • Participate in ServiceNow upgrades and testing processes.
    • Collaborate with business partners to design custom catalog items and maintain knowledge of ServiceNow product updates.
    • Integrate tools like SCCM, Meraki, and CrowdStrike into ServiceNow for asset management.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Admin or application owner.
    • Proficiency in configuring core ServiceNow modules and knowledge of the app engine for custom applications.
    • Hands-on experience in Service Catalog/Service Portal modules.
    • Familiarity with Advanced scripting, Performance Analytics, Reporting, and other key areas.
    • Experience with Flow designer, Workspaces, and UI Designer is a plus.
    • Ability to create comprehensive test plans and work effectively in a team environment.

    Certification(s):

    • ServiceNow System Admin Certification required.
    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and Application Developer certifications beneficial.
    • ITIL Certification is highly desirable.
