The Vice President of Culinary and Dining Experience is responsible for identifying, creating and implementing programs that support resident satisfaction with our dining experience and physical environment.

The next VP will leverage strong vendor partnerships and volume purchasing to obtain quality and reasonably priced products and services.

The Vice President manages large scale business partner relationships.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the Resident Dining Experience and Strategy
  • Continuously evaluate our contracts and vendor services to ensure a diverse Procurement Strategy
  • People Management (team of 2)

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to balance customer needs with business goals in developing solutions
  • Executivelevel visioning, strategic development, and influencing skills and experience
  • Ability to excel as both a team lead and an individual contributor
  • Ability to drive creative new approaches
  • Ability to interact with senior level management combined with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both oral and written formats
  • Position will be based out of our Home/Corporate Office in Waltham, MA
  • BA/BS degree in culinary or hospitality management, business, operations or other relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years' experience in hospitality management
  • Experience in senior living environments preferred
  • Servsafe certification preferred
