Accounts Payable Specialist


Location:
Fort Atkinson, WI OR Remote


This is a part-time position.

Job Summary:

The AP Specialist is responsible for day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable, corporate credit card reconciliations and various transactional issues, along with providing administrative and clerical services for the Accounts Payable Department.

You'll be responsible for auditing travel expenses, as well as processing reimbursements for non-travel expenses to our employees.

Part of your role is to ensure that expenses are appropriate for invoicing and will be responsible for monitoring incoming invoices and outgoing payments while ensuring Endeavor pays for services offered for goods purchased in a timely manner.


Essential Job Functions:


  • Process, code, enter invoices and expense reports for payment
  • Print and mail checks to vendors
  • Process ACH payments to employees and vendors
  • Resolve vendor billing issues and questions

Required Qualifications:


  • Microsoft Office
  • Excel, Word, outlook
  • Basic computer skills
  • Associate's degree or 12 years of equivalent experience

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the OTE for this position is $18-$22/hr.
