Tracey Road Equipment, Inc. & Tracey Freightliner of Albany is seeking to hire full-time
Service Writer for our
Albany Branch.

Open, reviews and closes repair orders
Ensures that customers and drivers are greeted openly and friendly
Estimates cost of repairs within set guidelines
Schedules appointments
Provide assistance to the parts and service departments
Communicate with customers of needed service work
Communicate with customers on estimated time of completion

Skills:

Previous dealership experience preferred
Customer Service Experience preferred
Strong Computer Skills
