Description
We are looking for a contractor in Penton, AL to help with a house renovation project. The house is currently a single-story, but we would like to raise the roof by 1.5m on the front and back facades to create a gabled roof. This will allow us to add a loft space, with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as the current ceiling height is 2.70m. On the ground floor, we would like to have 1 bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and dressing room. The kitchen will also serve as a dining and living area. Additionally, we would like to have a guest bathroom, pantry, and staircase. The house is located in a community with a shared garden, and the main entrance is through the front facade. The left side of the house faces the street, and the back facade opens up to a 103m2 patio. The right side of the house is attached to another property.
