Proficiency in computer-aided facility management (CAFM) systemsAdditional certifications in facility management, project management, or energy efficiency*Bachelor's degree in facilities management, mechanical engineering, or a related field. *10 years of experience in facility management, preferably within a manufacturing environment. *Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple facilities, implementing maintenance programs, and driving improvement projects. *High initiative and proactive approach with an entrepreneurial mindset. *Ability to implement innovative solutions to enhance facility operations and support company growth. *Strong technical knowledge of facility management principles, including maintenance practices, asset management, space utilization, sustainability practices, and compliance regulations.
