We are currently seeking a full-time (part-time from 20 hours/week also possible) Inbound Clerk (m/f/d) in the tourism industry for our partner based in Leipzig, with a start date as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Providing written customer service in the tourism sector
Processing flight bookings, reservations, and changes to flights
Advising customers on discounts and costsaving options
Maintaining master data
Documenting processes and performing administrative tasks

Requirements:

Customeroriented and independent work style
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Fluent in German and English
Proficient in using a computer
Friendly and solutionoriented demeanor
