LIVE-IN CAREGIVER $250 A DAY - 3 days (Thursday morning - Sunday Morning). Client needs help with ADLs (toileting with fracture bedpan, bed bath, dressing, feeding), housekeeping, meal prep, etc. Clients needs strong dependable caregiver due to heavy lifting. MUST be able to lift/transfer in and out of bed into wheelchair. No Hoyer lift provided. You will be working for and paid directly by the client and not an employee of Acti-Kare

Responsibilities:


  • Companionship
  • Light housekeeping
  • Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting with fracture bedpan etc.)
  • Meal prep and cleanup
  • Grocery list and shopping
  • Heavy lifting
  • Running errands, doctor appointments, taking client on drives, walks, and activities to provide a better quality of life

Qualifications:


  • Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance
  • Current Negative TB (Tuberculosis) Test
  • Active CPR & First Aid certification
  • Experience caring for others/seniors
  • Supportive and compassionate
  • Take pride in providing high quality care
  • Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
  • Reliable and Dependable is a MUST
  • Reliable transportation every day
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Able to pass background check
  • Enjoy working in a oneonone setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
  • Willingness to enforce to health and safety standards

Pay:
$250.00 per day


Experience:

Professional Caregiving: 1 year (required)


License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (required)
  • Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance
(required)

  • CPR & First Aid Certification (required)
  • Negative TB (Tuberculosis) Test within the last 12 months (required)
