The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, supporting the government's real estate policy goals and providing the necessary spaces and buildings for almost all federal authorities. As such, we are represented throughout Germany with over 7,000 employees and manage a diverse and colorful real estate portfolio, as well as the ecological use and maintenance of federal natural areas. For these versatile and responsible tasks, we are looking for innovative minds who think and act sustainably.

In our Portfolio Management department, there are many varied tasks: strategic planning, promoting renewable energies, residential construction, expert and service services, as well as contamination management. In planning, the focus is on economic interests in order to analyze, develop, manage, or exploit the potential of our complex properties.
