Description

As a Consultant (m/f/d) with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, you will advise our clients on HR cloud software implementation in the areas of HR core and talent management. This includes process design and optimization, as well as analysis, conception, implementation, operation, and development of integration processes within the HR system landscape.

Your new job

  • Designing implementation projects as (partial) project manager and supporting clients in optimizing and implementing their processes in SAP SuccessFactors and related systems
  • Facilitating workshops, advising departments on the feasibility of requirements and innovations from releases and the SAP roadmap
  • Participating in the acquisition of new clients, supporting proposal processes, accompanying pre-sales meetings, and expanding the business field around the HXM suite
  • Supporting our colleagues in knowledge and experience building
  • Further development of demo system landscape, tools, and templates in the mentioned area of responsibility

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies or comparable qualification
  • Desire to learn more about current developments and trends in talent management and HR environment
  • Enjoy taking on responsibility and tasks in projects quickly
  • Sound knowledge in the HR core and talent management environment and professional experience in consulting for HR transformation projects and implementing SAP SuccessFactors
