WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU AS
Team Leader Warehouse Inbound m/f/d in the South of Munich County


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are responsible for the operational management of the picking process and
the professional leadership of the team

  • Together with your employees, you ensure a smooth process in picking and a
motivating team spirit characterized by respect and openness

  • You plan the personnel resources and assign the corresponding tasks
  • Together with your team, you work towards achieving the operational daily goals
and continuously improving the logistical processes

  • You bring your own ideas for continuous process improvement in inbound
logistics, contribute to general warehouse organization, and assist with
cross-departmental projects

  • You actively support your colleagues on the floor
  • You provide input for the further development of the inventory management
system to improve the department

  • You work effectively with freight forwarders
  • You collaborate closely with other functional departments such as Buyer Planning
or Quality Control teams to coordinate cross-departmental processes

  • You ensure correct lists and bookings in the ERP system
  • You support the implementation of DBS goals: 5S in inbound logistics, ensuring
quality in inbound processes


REQUIREMENTS

  • You have completed a vocational training in a commercial or logistics field
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in logistics in a manufacturing industry
  • As a professional leader, you are aware of your role model function and act
accordingly
