Job summary

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Coordinator to plan manage and execute successful events from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Plan coordinate and execute events including meetings conferences workshops and special events
  • Manage event timelines budgets logistics coordinate with vendors venues speakers internal teams oversee event setup onsite coordination breakdown track event details contracts invoices troubleshoot issues ensure events run smoothly evaluate event success prepare post-event reports.
