We are on the lookout for a dynamic Member Events Coordinator to join our team and report directly to the Director of Programming.
In this role, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and projects with flair, efficiency, and independence.
Your attention to detail and customer-focused approach will ensure that every guest experience at The Ned NoMad is not just memorable,
but truly extraordinary.
  • Support Director of Programming to plan and coordinate a calendar 25-30 events per month for members,
  • Create detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and coordinate event logistics such as scheduling,
  • E-mail event confirmation details to partners/vendors
