The Ford Agency is working with a local school district to find an Investigations Coordinator for their employee relations team. The Coordinator is responsible for overseeing processes, compliance, and reporting for all allegations.
Responsibilities Include:
Reviewing incident reports and assigning cases
Preparing reports for hearings
Acting as point of contact for law enforcement

Qualifications Include:

Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree preferred
2+ years' of related work experience
Previous experience working with children/students
Strong oral and written communication skills
