Description
Provides administrative support to the plant administration department including Human Resources and Senior Management. Duties will include general clerical, receptionist and human resources functions. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interactions.Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; and relaying messages.
- Meet and greet visitors and clients. Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Onboarding new employees
- Files documents into appropriate training files.
- Assist to create and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, invoices etc.
- Assists with the planning of all company social events.
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
- Take minutes during meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
