Description
Provides administrative support to the plant administration department including Human Resources and Senior Management. Duties will include general clerical, receptionist and human resources functions. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interactions.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; and relaying messages.
  • Meet and greet visitors and clients. Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Files documents into appropriate training files.
  • Assist to create and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, invoices etc.
  • Assists with the planning of all company social events.
  • Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
