- Examination and shaping of software architectures
- Creation and evaluation of design concepts for embedded software
- Conducting simulations of control functions using Matlab/Simulink
- Modeling of software designs using Enterprise Architect
- Participation in the establishment of a software platform for electric drive technology
- Rapid prototyping as part of feasibility studies
- Realization of concepts from component and module design to implementation and testing
- Support in the creation of test specifications at module, integration, and system test levels
- Conducting integration and system tests
- Creating technical documentation during development and for qualification
- Order clarification and creation of requirement and obligation specifications

What you bring
- Completed degree in electrical engineering or technical computer science
- Professional experience in the field of embedded software development, ideally in the field of electric drive technology
- Experience with commissioning of electric drive systems
- Extensive knowledge of low-level programming
- Experience with a structured software development process from customer idea to acceptance test, ideally based on the V-model
