- Identify failure modes in both the Wafer and backend processes, assess impact, define containment, and determine root causes with corrective actions
- Collaborate with various team members including Process Engineering, Development Engineering, Integration, Equipment Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a strong emphasis on meeting supply and quality goals
- Conduct statistical analysis to assist in identifying root causes of failure modes
- Apply the 8D (Eight Disciplines) methodology for effective problem-solving
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field with graduation between May 2023-June 2024
- Experience in excelling within cross-functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving methods
- Knowledge or experience in semiconductor fabrication processes
- Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Coursework in Engineering Statistics
- Familiarity with Six Sigma methodology, especially 8D and DMAIC
- Experience with QMF and Python
