Description
We are an established Manufacturer & Distributor seeking a new Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team.Responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Take calls from Customers, gather information
- Add orders to the order sheet with accuracy
- Create Receipts & Invoices in QuickBooks
- Charge Customer Credit Cards
- Record New Customer calls on the Call Log
- Transfer New Customers to Records Management Software
Requirements:
- We prefer you have at least one year experience in an office environment in Sales, Customer Service, or as an Administrative Assistant
- Experience answering and taking phone calls is a must
- Read, write, and speak clear & fluent English
- Type 50+ WPM
- Basic Microsoft Office
- Outlook, Word, Excel
Rate:
$18.00/hour
Hours:
Monday to Friday 7:30am-3:30pm
Office:
Houston, TX This is In-office position, No Remote Offered)
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.50 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to Relocate:
- Houston, TX 77013: Relocate before starting work (required)
