Accounts Payable / Invoice Verification Location:
Hamburg-Osdorf, 38.5 hours/week, mobile flexible work

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Trustworthy and solutionoriented leadership of 7 employees, as well as active participation in daily operations
  • Coordination and prioritization of processes in accounts payable and invoice verification
  • First point of contact for suppliers, including clarification of discounts, reminders, and master data maintenance
  • Responsibility for timely and accurate processing of payments and invoices

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in accounts payable or a similar field
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with accounting software
  • Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
