You are our new *Team Leader in Dialog Marketing (m/f/d)


We are currently looking for a *Team Leader (m/f/d)* in the field of Dialog Marketing for our location in Mülheim an der Ruhr.

This position is to be filled *full-time*.

*Your responsibilities:
  • Professional and personal leadership and support of customer advisors (m/f/d) with a team size of approximately employees
  • Support of project management in achieving quantitative and qualitative goals
  • Reporting and analysis to management
  • Close collaboration with recruiting
  • Coaching and training of employees
  • Identification of training needs on a project basis
  • Design and implementation of product and communication training
  • Conducting employee meetings
  • Creating conversation guidelines
*What you bring:
  • Several years of professional experience in Dialog Marketing (KPI understanding)
  • Experience in personnel management (leadership potential)
  • Strong communication and motivation skills
  • Conflict management and assertiveness
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Sales orientation, flexibility and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • A smile in your voice or a smiley in email communication
