    Network Engineer Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide training and technical support to clients and end-users on access control systems and software integration.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their access control requirements and integrate our software solutions with their property management systems.
    • Design and implement access control system installations, including hardware and software components, such as card readers, biometric scanners, access control panels, and related infrastructure.
    • Configure and customize access control software to align with clients' needs and integrate with their property management software.
    • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure proper functionality and integration of access control systems with property management software.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to access control software installations and integration.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex integration challenges and ensure successful implementation.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in access control and property management software to recommend innovative solutions and improvements.
    • Maintain and control computer networks and related computing environments, as well as software ( Windows server, Linux server and windows) hardware and configurations.
    • Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewall, VPN)
    • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software, hardware, and other network and system problems.

    Preferred Candidate Will Have the Following:

    • Must be able to speak and write English and Chinese
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role, specifically dealing with access control software installations and integration.
    • Strong understanding of access control systems, including hardware components, software platforms, and integration with property management software.
    • Experience with property management software integration, such as Yardi, AppFolio, or RealPage, is highly desirable.
    • In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, IP-based security systems, and database management.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
    • Microsoft Server /Client Operating Systems / SQL Server databases / Microsoft Networking Fundamentals
    • Practical knowledge of the Dev Ops tool chain on Android and iOS platform / frameworks
    • Understand iCloud Service offering such as SAAS, Azure / AWS
    • U.S. Citizen or Green Card
