We are looking for a financial advisor in Stockholm, SD to help us with our financial situation. Our main concern is a house that we acquired in 2005 through a self-construction project, with a mortgage loan of 222,000 euros and a total investment of approximately 400,000 euros. The house has never been inhabited and is deteriorating rapidly, as it has been flooded multiple times and the electrical installation is no longer functioning. We still have 14 years left on the mortgage and in addition to all the taxes, we pay 1500 euros in property tax. Our question is whether it is worth continuing with this investment, even though we will never live in it as a family, or if we are just throwing money into a pit as we will never be able to profit from this increasingly deteriorating property that lacks maintenance.
