Your Responsibilities

Managing change management for QMS processes
Maintaining master data in QMS-relevant systems
Formal approval of documents
Supporting audits by notified bodies and authorities
Analysis and improvement suggestions for processes according to internal and external regulations and standards
Participation in the implementation of pilot projects

Your Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree in medical technology, industrial engineering, or related fields
2 years of professional experience is desirable
Fluent in German and English
Strong communication and teamwork skills, meticulous and accurate work style, enjoyment of administrative tasks
