Buck & Rider is hiring very dynamic Manager to join our team The Manager role will have a primary responsibility over the restaurant.
This role will help ensure the first impression of the restaurant and is responsible for Managing and executing all front of house functions.
Buck & Rider prides ourselves in utmost freshness and ingredients, our compelling seafood and steak dishes are chef-crafted with gusto, directly from framers and fishermen of the East, West, and Gulf Coasts.
Day in the Life:
- Become proficient enough to take the lead role in the front of the house
- Train, coach, develop and mentor the host stand
- Effectively communicate with all levels of team members and Management
- Help manage the flow of guests and communicate accurate wait times
- Promote a strong positive culture
- Become system matter expert for reservation system, open table
- Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
