Job summary
The Human Resources Business Partner performs professional-level human resources functions and works closely with the Human Resources Director and Deputy Director to support designated County departments. This position partners across Human Resources functions to deliver value-added services to management and employees that align with the strategic objectives of the Department and Harford County.
