    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team. As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

    Duties:
    - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
    - Perform routine inspections to identify and resolve electrical issues
    - Troubleshoot electrical problems using diagnostic tools and techniques
    - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
    - Collaborate with other maintenance staff to complete renovation projects
    - Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance
    - Assist with frame carpentry tasks as needed
    - Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete electrical projects
    - Maintain a clean and organized work area

    Requirements:
    - Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or similar role
    - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, low voltage, and logic controllers
    - Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
    - Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical issues
    - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    - Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality workmanship
    - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
