- Safely assists with a diverse range of maintenance and repair tasks on facilities, systems, structures, and equipment (e.g., repairs and replacement of screens, glass, doors and door hardware, shades, blinds, light fixtures, handrails, ceilings, walls and floors, baseboards, molding strips, playground and recreational equipment, etc.). Performs minor tasks on facilities, systems, drains, structures, and equipment autonomously.
- Changes furnace/AC filters, checks air vents and thermostats, and helps with the installation of window and central air conditioning units.
- Aids in the replacement of electrical switches, circuits, breaker boxes, outlets, light fixtures, and electrical appliances when required under the supervision of the Master Electrician.
- Helps with repairing and installing existing or new drywall where necessary, including cutting, fitting, taping, floating, and painting as needed.
- Aids in readying vacant units, completing the tasks promptly while ensuring a high-quality outcome.
