Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for à la carte and event guests
  • Design, planning and preparation of regional dishes, menus and buffets
  • Creative and innovative preparation of all types of food (e.g. also for coffee breaks)
  • Link between kitchen team and service
  • Participation in cost control and purchasing

You are:

  • Successful completion of training in the hotel and catering industry
  • Work experience in the gastronomy sector
  • You want to surprise and delight guests
  • Passion and joy in processing fresh food
  • You enjoy working with small producers and local farmers and represent the value of nose-to-tail utilization
  • You have a passion for regional and sustainable products
  • You are excited about developing the menu together with the team
