Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for à la carte and event guests
- Design, planning and preparation of regional dishes, menus and buffets
- Creative and innovative preparation of all types of food (e.g. also for coffee breaks)
- Link between kitchen team and service
- Participation in cost control and purchasing
You are:
- Successful completion of training in the hotel and catering industry
- Work experience in the gastronomy sector
- You want to surprise and delight guests
- Passion and joy in processing fresh food
- You enjoy working with small producers and local farmers and represent the value of nose-to-tail utilization
- You have a passion for regional and sustainable products
- You are excited about developing the menu together with the team
