    Job DescriptionNow Hiring in Richmond, VA

    Diesel Maintenance Mechanic -$24 - $32/hr. Depending on Experience
    Some Saturday's as needed

    1st shift
    6am - 5pm


    Job duties:

    The overall responsibilities of a Maintenance Mechanic include:

    • Operate equipment and tools as needed to perform work
    • Perform maintenance and installations on a variety of equipment, buildings and systems
    • Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment as needed
    • Use manufacturers manuals, instructions, Maintenance Mechanic
    • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
    • Detect and report any unusual conditions or major maintenance needs to proper supervisor
    • Repair offroad heavy equipment (if applicable)
    • Work with overhead cranes
    • Implement costsaving maintenance programs
    • Adhere to environmental and storm water pollution prevention policies
    • Housekeeping as necessary to maintain work area, tools and equipment in a clean and orderly manner
    • Must adhere to all OSHA safety rules and regulations
