Your Responsibilities:


  • As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for the day care department and work closely with all departments in the residence and central administration
  • You will provide competent advice to day care guests and their families based on their individual needs
  • Acquiring new day care guests, creating cost estimates, and monthly billing are important aspects of your work
  • You ensure the quality of care and support for day care guests, following current nursing science and legal requirements
  • You are an active part of the day care team, working together to create an atmosphere of security and comfort for day care guests
  • You maintain a respectful relationship with all employees and continuously identify their development potential

Your Profile:


  • Recognized as a responsible nursing professional according to §71 SGB XI or equivalent degree
  • Several years of experience as a nursing professional and first leadership experience in the parttime care sector preferred
  • Experience in working with key figures for the economic management of day care
  • Confident demeanor with a high level of social empathy
  • Skilled in adapting to new processes and structures
  • Highly organized with a strong IT affinity
