We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) for the office management department to support us at our headquarters and with office management.

Areas of responsibility:
- Email and telephone support
- Forwarding calls/emails
- Monitoring and sorting email inbox
- Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Office management: processing mail, ordering office supplies, maintaining attendance lists
- Reception duties at the headquarters
- Welcoming and assisting customers and business partners
- Creating, checking, updating, and editing lists in Excel
- Checking and creating invoices
