These exciting tasks await you:
You are on site and the first point of contact for craftsmen and tenants. You take care of and correspond with external service providers.
You program electronic keys and are responsible for the issuance, return and documentation of these transponders and other keys.
You review service and maintenance contracts and derive necessary actions from them. You carefully monitor and document maintenance work.

You are responsible for recording technical defects, obtaining quotes, issuing repair orders, and accepting work from craftsmen in coordination with the real estate management department.

You oversee minor maintenance measures.
You participate in fulfilling traffic safety obligations.
