    Position: Business Office Manager

    Location: Spring Arbor of Wilson 2045 Ward Blvd, Wilson, NC 27893

As the Business Office Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and administrative efficiency of our community.

    What You'll Do:

    • Oversee all aspects of the business office, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and documentation of resident move-ins, move-outs, transfers and ancillary charges
    • Create and maintain confidential business files for residents in accordance with community policy and HIPAA guidelines
    • Performs administrative tasks in ADP for hiring, terminations, and personnel changes
    • Create and maintain confidential team member files
    • Coordinate New Hire Orientation
    • Serve as a liaison between residents, families, staff, and external vendors
    • Supervise receptionists
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents and their families

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proficiency in financial management and accounting principles
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Previous experience in a senior living or healthcare setting preferred
