Position Summary:

Responsible for the general direction of the day-to-day operation, and coordination of clinical laboratory services; planning, budgeting, decision-making, managing, and administering activities.


Experience:5-7 years or more Clinical Laboratory experience as a supervisor or equivalent required


Education:
BS/BA; Master

- s Degree in related field preferred


License and Credentials:
MT (ASCP), CLS (NCA), or equivalent required


Required Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communications skills, working familiarity with computer programs such as MS Word, Excel.

Knowledge, experience, and familiarity with accreditation standards and regulations as the specifically pertain to the Lab, and the Hospital in general, including, but not limited to:
AABB; CAP; CLIA; CMS; NJDOH; TJC /

80 hours per pay period
