Customer-Focused Production Planner** who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels in production planning, and possesses advanced Excel skills. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing unparalleled support and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the scheduling and timeliness of the production process to ensure the company meets all deadlines.
Maintain detailed customer records, accurately documenting interactions and updating information as needed to ensure effective communication and followup.
Collaborate with production management to confirm lead times, coordinate deliveries, and prioritize orders based on customer requirements and production capacity.
Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, generate reports, and track order progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery delays, and any relevant updates to manage expectations and uphold transparency.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to facilitate smooth order processing, address special requests, and resolve any challenges that may arise.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive operational efficiency within the customer service and production planning functions.

SCHEDULE:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formula functions, to effectively manage and manipulate large datasets.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
A positive and professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.
