Store Managers from all backgrounds to join our team.

Whether you have an automotive background or not, our training programs will give you all the tools necessary to be successful.

With the rate at which we are growing, we have many advancement opportunities for you to grow with us.


Salary $45,000-$50,000 yr

Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly bonus which is uncapped. Average bonus for high performing Shop Manager can begin at $6,000 annually.

Requirements:


  • 18 years or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Background check
  • Reliable transportation
  • Work minimum of 50 hours per week

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and facilitate daily shop operations including opening and closing on time
  • Provide a customer experience above industry standard and maintain high review ratings
  • Think critically to resolve issues as they happen in realtime; think proactively to spot potential issues before they arise
  • Ability to conduct interviewing, hiring, training, counseling, developing and termination of teammates
  • Train your team to perform light duty maintenance on customers' vehicles
  • Enforce all policies and procedures
  • Creating a positive work environment for staff
  • Partner with Area Manager to set goals and review performance
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and electronically using Microsoft Outlook and Teams
  • Manage customer relations
  • Maintain accurate inventory
  • Cash management of daily bank deposits
  • Create weekly schedules and manage labor
  • Monitor and track in shop performance goals
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations
  • Ensuring a clean and visually pleasing store environment
