For our international client in the machinery industry, we are looking for a Head of Warehouse and Logistics for a newly created position.

As a logistics professional, your tasks will include:

  • Professional and disciplinary management of a team of almost 20 logistics employees
  • Implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of KPIs for logistics, such as internal delivery reliability, lead times, optimal utilization, and quality and timely material provision
  • Ensuring smooth operations in daily business in the operational areas of goods receipt, picking, and goods issue
  • Accompanying the daily shop floor management of production and implementing a separate shop floor management in logistics to optimize processes and procedures
  • Responsible for conducting the annual inventory in collaboration with team leaders
  • Consideration of sustainable and efficient use of internal transport logistics

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed (Bachelor's) degree in logistics, supply chain management, inventory management, or a related field; alternatively, a commercial education or further qualification in one of these areas
  • First professional and leadership experience in logistics in the manufacturing industry is an advantage
  • Good MS Office skills are required, as well as experience with inventory
