We are currently seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) Junior Purchaser (m/f/d) with a focus on the food wholesale industry to join our team as soon as possible.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US:

You will be responsible for purchasing products from one of the following food categories: fruits & vegetables, deli meats, delicatessen, dairy, convenience, and dry and frozen goods.
You will ensure product availability and be responsible for maintaining our highquality standards.
Your tasks will also include implementing measures for assortment and price optimization.
Building longterm relationships with our suppliers in close collaboration with sales and marketing will complete your job profile.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable commercial qualification.
Previous experience in procurement or purchasing is an advantage.
You have an interest in food and a strong sense of quality.
Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel, is a must.
