The IIC Coordinator will be responsible for general and administrative duties which will require in-depth knowledge of departmental goals, objectives and policies & procedures.


Responsibilities

  • The IIC Coordinator will work to ensure high quality services are provided to the children and
families involved in in-home mental health services.

  • The IIC Coordinator will communicate directly with the IIC providers and liaise with collaborative
partners.

  • Responsible for responding to provider and referral agencies' questions and communications
regarding engagement matters.

  • Service Delivery Management.
  • Follow Medicaid Eligibility Process to ensure uninterrupted service delivery
  • Track BPS Assessments, Submissions, and payroll approval according to Process.
  • Track BA/ISP CYBER submissions according to process.
  • Check CYBER daily to determine if clients have been approved for IIC services by verifying and
maintaining up-to-date documentation of all authorizations (Access team handles
reauthorizations).

  • Coordinate with Perform Care for BPS assignment.
  • Update all pending authorization and reauthorization data accurately in InSync.
  • Follow up with referral agencies to troubleshoot authorization discrepancies or delays.
  • Add, delete and maintain IIC providers in appropriate lists and databases including: Contact List,
Specialty List, Outlook distribution list; InSync, CYBER, County Provider List and ResourceNet.

  • Complete final onboarding and offboarding, according to process, after orientation is
required forms.

  • Conduct open and closed chart audits according to QA Procedure and report findings, as
needed, to the Quality Assurance Manager.

  • Maintain professional and courteous relationships with all individuals including, but not limited
to, employees and contractors, system partners, and community resources.

  • Performs other duties as required.

Requirements:


  • A Bachelor's degree is required with a preference for a related field such as psychology, child
advocacy, social work.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well and collaborate with others are
essential.

  • Proficient use of Word and Excel

Cherry Hill, NJ

Hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Pay $23 - $25 DOE
