In this role, you will be supporting the McDonald's Global Business Services & Finance Team.

Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers in developing recruitment strategies for current and future staffing needs primarily at the manager level and above
Implement necessary sourcing strategies to include a variety of methods of attracting top talent
Maintain best practices throughout the client interview process by providing interview and assessment skills coaching and updates
Research and recommend competitive compensation packages in partnership with the hiring managers and HRBPs
Possible engagement on recruiting projects; such as an ATS implementation or new technology
Responsible for pulling reports and abiding to metrics and SLAs

Qualifications

Fullcycle recruitment experience in either an agency or corporate environment (nontechnical recruitment experience is preferred)
Experience recruiting for high volume projects ideally within transformation/implementation
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System and solid knowledge of technology (i.e. SmartRecruiters, Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to thrive as an independent contributor working as a consultant to hiring managers
Ability to manage approximately requisitions concurrently, with solid attention to detail and prioritization.
