In this role, you will be supporting the McDonald's Global Business Services & Finance Team.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers in developing recruitment strategies for current and future staffing needs primarily at the manager level and above
- Implement necessary sourcing strategies to include a variety of methods of attracting top talent
- Maintain best practices throughout the client interview process by providing interview and assessment skills coaching and updates
- Research and recommend competitive compensation packages in partnership with the hiring managers and HRBPs
- Possible engagement on recruiting projects; such as an ATS implementation or new technology
- Responsible for pulling reports and abiding to metrics and SLAs
Qualifications
- Fullcycle recruitment experience in either an agency or corporate environment (nontechnical recruitment experience is preferred)
- Experience recruiting for high volume projects ideally within transformation/implementation
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System and solid knowledge of technology (i.e. SmartRecruiters, Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to thrive as an independent contributor working as a consultant to hiring managers
- Ability to manage approximately requisitions concurrently, with solid attention to detail and prioritization.
