- Develop and implement relationship management plans for partners and enable adequate two-way flow of information and initiative-taking business consulting and revenue generation.
- Understand our partners' business goals and align our solutions to meet their evolving needs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans that outline strategies for revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Partner Manager, Client Services, Onboarding Team, etc.) to proactively identify and resolve roadblocks.
- Steer actionable items and lead projects in support of our partners' new business opportunities to meet revenue targets for your client's portfolio.
- Establish goals in line with key initiatives, analyze partner growth, and provide quarterly reports on the impact of the partnership.
- Ensure, train, and encourage all partners to utilize our systems for optimum business results.
- Work closely with assigned newly onboarded partners to generate revenue on their portfolio with Bold for up to 12 months.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships quickly.
- A passion for helping our partners and dedicated to providing a best-in-class service experience.
- Maintain an acceptable CSAT rating.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a remote or hybrid environment.
- 3+ years of experience in payment processing within roles such as sales, account management, or relationship management.
- Proven success in achieving revenue generation targets through strategic sales and account management initiatives.
- Ability to motivate and engage partners and build trust and consensus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in cross-departmental and cross-company-product collaboration to generate and meet the revenue needs of our company.
- Understanding of the dynamics, challenges, and opportunities within the ISV and VAR ecosystems is strongly preferred.
- Preferred experience in facilitating ISV integrations to gateways and POS devices.
