Mobile HeaL, which stands for Mobile Health and Learning, is UCSF Fresno's mobile clinic. Through Mobile HeaL, UCSF Fresno takes health care to communities where it is needed most and provides learning opportunities for future health care providers. The COVID-19 Equity Project (CEP) expands UCSF Fresno's Mobile HeaL program by bringing equal access to barrier-free COVID and other health care services to target communities, in partnership with community-based organizations. We are staffed by members from communities we serve and seek to develop current and aspiring health care professionals through service to underrepresented communities.

The Clinical Lead plays a critical role in the patient experience including optimizing clinic flow, providing outreach to patients, and working collaboratively with leadership and the team to create a patient-centered environment via a unique drive-thru model and mobile outreach events.

The Clinical Lead is responsible for overseeing the quality of clinical work performed by lower-level staff. This role also maintains databases, prepares and submits reports, and provides support and back up services to the Administrative Supervisor. The Clinical Lead supports a positive work environment, where every team member feels valued and respected.
