WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  • Create positive experiences with prospective residents and help them find their dream apartment
  • Partner with the company and your coworkers to ensure our residents time spent living at our community is an enjoyable experience.
  • Assist in marketing efforts, and social media management.
  • Ensure we make our resident's movein day as easy as possible

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:


  • 1+ year of leasing experience is required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Ability to work weekends is required.
  • Positive learning attitude We will train you in software such as Excel, Yardi, Word, etc. #NKSSITE
