- Reviews and adjudicates requests received from foreign missions and their members associated with the programs and services implemented by Office of Foreign Missions, Accreditation, Services, and Benefits Division (OFM/OPS/ASB).
- Responsible for considering reciprocity prior to the extension of such benefits to foreign missions and their members in the United States.
- Provides advice and guidance to OFM's Regional Offices and other parts of the Department and federal, state and local governments, on a wide range of programmatic and policy issues.
- Ensures that foreign representatives and other clients are treated with respect and courtesy and that their requests
are met in a timely manner and that problems are appropriately addressed -
