    Description
    $2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS $250 paid at hire, $500 paid at 3/6/9 months, $750 paid after one year of employment. We provide a safety-first culture, a climate controlled work environment, and opportunity for pay and skill advancement through our operator level program.

    3rd shift hours are Su-Th 10:00pm to 6:30am. Starting pay is $17.50/hour (including shift premium).


    The primary responsibility of this position is to setup and operate multi-blade slitting machines to cut and wind large rolls of ink-coated polypropylene or polyester film into smaller rolls as determined by customer specification.

    Operators are also responsible for quality testing, material handling, data entry and packing duties.

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Basic computer/keyboarding experience preferred including data entry and look-ups.

    Ability to work overtime/flexible shift as business needs dictate


    Physical requirements include constant standing/walking, use of upper extremities to handle/manipulate, and ability to visually identify product quality defects; frequent twisting/turning, and lift/carry/reach with ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

    Prior applicable manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
